In the UK and US, this family was originally released without the Brother and Sister but with the standing babies instead. In 2010 Flair re-released the family in the new packaging style, including a Brother and Sister for the first time in the UK. You could also purchase them seperately from the official UK Sylvanian Families website.
Previously the Brother and Sister were only available in the US (released as a family under Tomy lincense), and also in Europe. These versions are difficult to find still to this day (they are both in different clothing to the new UK versions).
The original Baby Brother and Baby Sister were in standing positions. Flair have re-released them as a twin set, with Baby Brother in the crawling position, and Baby Sister in the lying down position - both with closed mouths. In the US a set of twins were also released in the sitting/crawling positions, and these are hard to find.
I love that they tried to make this family sound as stereotypically Australian as possible with names such as Rolf (Rolf Harris), Kylie (Kylie Minogue), and Jason (Jason Donavon), which would have been popular at the time the family was originally released (1994).

Billabong Koala Biographies
Father Rolf Billabong is very popular with the children. Everyone loves his painting lessons (where the paint goes everywhere but the canvas!) and when he teaches music, it is loud, quirky, and a great deal of fun.
Mother Matilda Billabong runs the Nursery, looking after and teaching all the toddlers. She prepares all of them for big school with lessons in counting and learning the alphabet. The best part of the day at nursery is story tme when Matilda reads to the youngsters.
Brother Clive Billabong is not the sporty type but he does love talking about sport. In fact he can keep an audience amused for hours talking on a range of subjecs from what's on TV to waht's happened in the village recently.
Sister Germaine Billabong is perhaps the brightest girl in the school. Unlike her borther she perfers to write her thoughts down rather than talk about them.
