So far these family members have only been released with playsets.
They were available in the UK in the following playsets:
Dentist Set - released 2008 (Flair) - Father (*)
Sewing with Mother - released 2008 (Flair) - Mother and Sister (*)

A dentist set was also released in the US, but with Babblebrook Beaver Father & Brother (the boy is the patient, apparently). I can see why they changed the figures in America. The beavers would make for better dentists, as they are the only figures as far as I'm aware that show their teeth, which are pearly white, of course!
Although the mould of this family is similar to that of the McBurrows Moles, I really like these figures. Especially their cute little pink noses. I don't know whether or not Flair intend to release the rest of the figures in this family.

Clearwater Biographies
Spencer Clearwater is the new dentist in Sylvania. He is exceedingly well qualified, with a "first" degree and certificates from the University of Sylvania, which he proudly displays on the surgery reception wall. As a child, Spencer loved visiting the Dentist for check ups and was fanatical about brushing and cleaning his teeth, insisting the rest of his family did the same.
Sybil Clearwater is an expert needlewoman who spends many a happy hour teaching her daughter Stephanie the art of sewing. Stephanie loves using her mother's sewing machine more than stitching her creations by hand, it's quicker and you don't prick your thumb! Sybil enjoys embroidery as she finds it very relaxing and it can be done whilst listening to the radio.
