Truth be told, I don't know very much about this family. You can't tell very well from the photograph, but they do have quite a distinctive pink face and breast. When this family was released, Father Plume was pictured wearing a hat, like the Father Treefellow Owl. However he was never actually released with one.
This family is similar to one that was released in Japan (Sylvanian Market exclusive), however they are white, not grey.
