Tailbury Biographies
Roland Tailbury enjoys a great many hobbies now that he is retired. He is an expert gardener and can create marvellous topiary shapes. A keen golfer, he also likes to practise his chipping & putting in the garden, taking care not to damage his beautiful lawn. He does enjoy relaxing with his newspaper and cup of tea in the garden too!
Jacqueline Tailbury is an expert at knitting, dressmaking and tapestry. She loves making things for all her family, especially the grandchildren. The older ones like to sit at her feet and listen to her stories as she gently rocks and knits. Everyone loves her colourful creations (and her stories too!)
Victor Tailbury is relaxing on his comfy sofa planning his next project in the garden and studying ideas in his gardening magazines. He also loves to sit and read and do his puzzle books.
Tam Tailbury annoys his sister by taking too long in the bathroom and making her late for school. He likes cleaning his teeth and washing his face and trying all the deodorants and soaps but like many young boys he does leave the soap in the wash hand basin and the towel on the floor!
Jeanie Tailbury adores her desk with all its drawers and space for her globe, school bag, pencil holder, pencils, pencil sharpener and papers. Most evenings she can be found sitting at her desk doing her homework, writing letters and drawing pictures for her favourite friends.
Tinker and Bouncer Tailbury are definitely the most well behaved twins in Sylvania. They are never any trouble because after they've played on the slide in their nursery, they like nothing better than snuggling up to look at the colourful mobile above their cot and falling fast asleep.
